Kaitlyn and Dylan were married on October 12th, 2019. It was a beautiful day filled with lots of laughs, dancing, and a little bit of crying (the best kind, though).
Kaitlyn and Dylan exchanged vows at Grace Lutheran Chapel in St. Louis, Missouri – the same church where Kaitlyn’s grandparents were married many decades ago. Since her grandmother is no longer with us, she wanted to honor her by marrying in the same church. After the ceremony, Kaitlyn and Dylan were cheered on and adorned with bubbles as they exited the church with their son, Easton. Wedding party and creative portraits were taken at SIUE Gardens and Watershed Nature Reserve in Edwardsville, Illinois. We may have had to fight off a few high school homecoming couples to get these photos, but it was well worth it and we had fun in process!
Kaitlyn and Dylan’s wedding party were announced at their reception and all sported different jerseys, some supporting St. Louis Blues hockey and others St. Louis Cardinals baseball. They are huge hockey fans (let’s go BLUES!) and this was a fun was for them to show their personalities! After sharing their first dance, they scooped up Easton and did a dance as a family. Kaitlyn also danced with her grandfather, who was beaming the entire time. We have grown very close to this beautiful family and wish them all the happiness (and we wish Easton all the chicken nuggs)!
