I can't say just how much we loved Kyle and his team. They were incredibly professional from start to finish. Kyle and Rachel at North Arrow were incredible photographers. They captured our day perfectly and were so organized and responsive throughout the wedding planning process. We so appreciated their professionalism. They also put us at ease in front of a camera, when we don't take a lot of photos together. We loved working with them! We can't recommend them highly enough. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience having Rachel & Kyle do our engagement photos! They were booked on our wedding day but captured our love so beautifully for our engagement photos. From beginning to end, they were always very attentive and responded promptly to any questions we had. We immediately noticed that they exude confidence, knowledge, and artistic vision in all that they do. They have the props and skills necessary to work with lighting etc. They made us feel very comfortable during the session - not only that, but they were SO much fun and have a way of making you feel like they're your friends, not people you just met. We couldn't have asked more for our day of photos. They listened to everything we wanted, and their additional team members were professional and courteous. We could go on all day, but the photos speak for themselves. Even after the wedding, their continued communication in making sure we knew when our photos, videos, album, etc. would be coming in was impressive.
